Whilst Kitty Sitting Pet Services endeavour to keep your pet safe and secure at all times, they are animals and may suffer injuries through play, or just from day to day activities. Any injuries sustained whilst in the care of Kitty Sitting, that may or may not require veterinary treatment, are not the responsibility of Kitty Sitting and therefore relinquishes us from any liability. We will not reimburse any vet bills.

Payment and Cancellations
Payment is required in full at time of booking to secure dates. Payments can be made by Cash or Bank Transfer.
I/We understand that any cancellations must be notified to Kitty Sitting ASAP, if appropriate notice is not given we are required to pay Cancellation Fees or Full Payment as stated below.

Cancellation terms are as follows: More than 2 months’ notice a full refund will be given, 1 months’ notice a 50%  refund will be given, 2 weeks’ notice a 25% refund will be given, Unfortunately payment is non-refundable for less than 2 weeks notice.

Kitty Sitting reserves the right to alter/change services offered due to inclement weather conditions.

Kitty Sitting will notify you of any problems or medical issues should they arise. In an emergency we will call your vets immediately, if unobtainable or out of hours, Medivet Watford 24 hour Vet shall be used. Any visit or treatment at the vets will be at cost to yourselves (owners). It is always advisable to inform your vet you are going away and that Kitty Sitting are taking care of them. You may be able to ask them to defer payment until your return.

Data protection policy
Keeping in line with the new data protection policy that has come into effect this is just a quick message to let you all know how your data is processed and stored. Your contact forms you filled in when first meeting us are either locked up in my home or stored electronically on a password protected computer. The only time we will share any of these details would be if we had to take your pets to a vet then of course we would need to give details to any veterinary staff to ensure they are able to help your pet. Your telephone numbers are stored in my phone with your first name and your pets name and my phone is password protected. Any photos taken of your pets are only shared on social media and my website unless you have withheld your permission. You have the right to ask for us to destroy any data we hold on you which we will do within 24hrs of your  request but please bare in mind we can’t continue to care for your pets without the signed contact details form.
